In the Middle

There is a space we don’t talk about often.

Not the beginning.
Not the arrival.
The middle.

The place where things are unclear.
Where plans are forming but not finished.
Where growth feels invisible.

This is where most of life happens.

And it’s uncomfortable.

We want clarity.
We want certainty.
We want the answer.

But perhaps the middle is not something to rush through.

Perhaps it is something to stand inside.

Uncertainty does not mean you are lost.
It means you are in motion.

Presence is what steadies the motion.

Today, instead of solving everything, try this:

Pause.

Notice your breath.
Notice your posture.
Notice the room you’re in.

You are here.

And here is enough for now.

You do not need the whole map.
You only need the next steady step.

Perhaps that is enough.
